1- This is literally EKG’s for idiots. Dubin breaks it down and spoon-feeds the information to you in a way that makes it easy for a first-year medical student to understand this information at its fundamental level to then apply it to more complex disease states. Often times when I read a textbook I feel overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information included on a page. This book does not leave me feeling that way at all. It is simple to read and easy to digest and he does a great job of reiterating points as you progress through the book and introducing concepts in such a manner that they are easy to grasp on the first read through.
